Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in our quality, but if you are not satisfied:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Timeline: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Process: Once approved, you may ship the product back to us. Refund or replacement will be processed after inspection.
- Non-Returnable: Customized orders and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Note: As we operate only online, returns/exchanges must be processed through our online support channel only.
